All my messages are automatically grouped by Today, Yesterday, Monday, Tuesday, Last Week, 2 Weeks Ago, Last Month, etc...
How can I set Outlook to show all my mail as a plain list without this grouping?

We’re using Microsoft 365 Groups instead of Distribution Lists so that a history of these emails are kept in Groups in Outlook as well.
However, I noticed that Groups in Outlook only shows only up to 1 year of emails. When I look at the Microsoft 365 Group in Outlook on the Web, all the emails are shown.
I’ve set Outlook to sync all my emails but it still only shows up to 1 year for Groups. Performing a search doesn’t return any items which are available online either.
How can I configure Outlook to sync all emails from the Microsoft 365 Groups?

When I performed my search query, I got some unexpected results where the words I was searching for weren’t even included in the email.
Upon further investigation, I found out that these words were mentioned in the attachments of those emails.
How can I configure Outlook to only search for the words in the message itself and not look into the attachments?

I’m using Outlook on Windows 10 and whenever I receive a new email I do get the notification toast but when I open the Action Center, the message isn't listed there.
Can I add Outlook’s notifications to the Action Center as well so I can quickly see if I received any new emails while I was away from my computer?

I noticed something strange within my Calendar;
Some appointment and meeting items have a little square block in front of them. So these are indented while others are not.
What does this mean or what causes this to happen?

In Outlook 2010 on Windows 7, I was able to alter the “New Mail Desktop Alert” duration to up to 30 seconds in Outlook or perpetual via your mentioned Registry key modification.
Now that I’m using Outlook 2013 on Windows 8, the new mail alerts are only visible for 5 seconds and I can’t find an option to change that in Outlook 2013 nor does the Registry hack do anything.
Is there a way to get these mail alerts to show for longer than 5 seconds for Outlook 2013 on Windows 8?

On occasion, it could happen that message tracking is not working correctly and responses are not automatically recorded in Outlook. You could still process and track those responses manually then to still have an up-to-date reference on who is coming and who is not.
This method also works for when you got an answer to a meeting invitation via telephone, at the water cooler or via any other means besides Outlook.

I see an Unread Mail count on the logon screen of WIndows XP. This would be handy if it would indeed display the correct amount of unread items.
Is there a way I can correct this count or can I simply disable it otherwise?

I’ve adjusted the time scale in the Calendar (I’ve set it to 15 minutes), so that my work time hours completely fill the visible Calendar area on my screen.
Now some of my longer appointments are just big blobs of color.
Is there anyway to fill this space with some more meaningful info such as the notes I wrote in the appointment?
