When I open a message in Outlook Web Access (OWA) via a double click or create a new message, this message is opened in a separate window.
This basically "detaches" it from the current browser window and makes it hard to find back when I switch between applications.
Can I open it in a new tab instead so that I can group all my OWA activity together?

I’ve been trying to sort my mail into groups by Contact so that I can see how much communication I have had with specific people over a course of time.
However, when I set my view to sort and group by the From field, it still creates multiple groups per contact such as:
- First Last
- 'First Last'
- First Last <name@domain.com>
- name@domain.com
And sometimes even various other groups. This is anything but useful to me.
How can I really sort my emails from a single contact together?

Whenever I attach a file that is located within my OneDrive folder on my computer, it is being attached as a OneDrive link with a cloud icon and not as an actual file attachment.
This also happens when I select a file via “Browse This PC…” and then select my locally cached OneDrive folder.
How can I configure Outlook so that it always attaches my files as actual attachments and not as a link to the file on OneDrive?

I’ve configured Outlook with my Outlook.com account and even though my Email and Calendar gets synched just fine, my contacts don’t.
I’ve got plenty of contacts in the People section of Outlook.com but only a few of them actually sync to Outlook.

When I create a new Contact in Outlook, I get the traditional Contact form which I also got in previous versions of Outlook. However, once I’ve saved an closed this form, I can’t seem to get back to it anymore.
When I double click on a contact in the Contacts folder, it opens a contact card which only list a few of the details which I can edit and a Notes section.
I get a similar contact dialog when I use the Search People box on the Ribbon. Annoyingly this contact dialog automatically goes away when I click somewhere else in Outlook.
How can I get back to the full contact editing form and have it stay open?

I’ve imported the holidays into my Calendar but unfortunately, these days are not marked as Busy or Out of Office but as Free.
This means that when someone tries to schedule a meeting with me on a (regional) holiday, I’ll be shown as available.
Is there a way to change the availability for holidays from Free to Busy?

I use the Outlook Social Connector but most of the status update message from my contacts go unnoticed since you only really see them when you receive a message.
There are various contacts that I only “follow” and not regularly receive messages from. While I could open the contact or find an old message from these contacts to see all their updates, I was wondering;
Is there also a way to list all status updates of all contacts together?

Unlike Microsoft 365 for Home, I can’t seem to switch between the Office Insider release builds via File-> Office Account-> Office Insider when using Microsoft 365 Apps for Business. Instead, I need to use custom installers to achieve this.
As I test the various Office release channels, I prefer not to reinstall but to simply update; Go from the oldest release channel and switch to a newer each time.
Is there any way to still be able to switch between Microsoft 365 Apps for Business channel releases by using Group Policy or editing the Registry?
