I've been trying to figure out how to group all the communication revolving around one topic. The topics are not on-going, as in over weeks and months. However, frequently, numerous people reply to an email over the courser of a few days but not in sequence.
How can I group them together or do something that keeps me keep track of all of them so I can reference?

I'm using Outlook on multiple computers which apparently is causing a problem with the Junk E-mail filter.
On one computer, which I use daily, I've taken all the false positives out of my Junk E-mail folder and moved them back into my Inbox or other folders.
When I'm traveling, I'm using a laptop but when it collects all my emails since the last time I used it (which can be for over a week), it rescans all the emails that are being synced and most false positives end up in the Junk E-mail folder again.
How can I prevent this from happening?

Another responds on the original blue line post and its follow up led to the following question;
We're copying parts of original emails and other sources to construct a new email in which we comment on these quotes. We tend to use this to summarize earlier communications and/or to relay it to somebody else.
Upon copying these parts, the blue line goes away which makes the quoted parts hard to recognize.
Is there some way to maintain this blue line formatting?

I just installed Office 2010 and each time when I start Outlook I get an installer dialog saying;
"Please wait while Windows configures Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2010"
It finishes this process and then Outlook starts normally but when I restart Outlook, this process starts all over again.
None of the other Office applications trigger this installer dialog; just Outlook.
How can I get Outlook to start without needing to go through this process?

When I try to add my Outlook.com account to Outlook via the Auto Account Setup wizard, I get several additional password prompts and finally the following error:
An encrypted connection to your mail server is not available.
Click Next to attempt using an unencrypted connection.
That process eventually also fails and I'm asked to verify my email address (which is correct) or set it up manually.
How do I do that and can't Outlook really configure itself with Outlook.com?

Iβve imported the holidays into my Calendar but unfortunately, these days are not marked as Busy or Out of Office but as Free.
This means that when someone tries to schedule a meeting with me on a (regional) holiday, Iβll be shown as available.
Is there a way to change the availability for holidays from Free to Busy?

In a previous tip, you mentioned that it is not recommended to store pst-files within Cloud based storage folders like OneDrive or DropBox.
I still have lots of space left in my OneDrive and DropBox accounts but not a lot of space left in my mailbox.
Is there really no way I can use all this space to archive my emails to the Cloud?

There seem to be various options such as creating additional Contacts (sub) folders, creating Contact Groups and using Categories.
