Add addresses from the Auto-Complete cache to my Address Book as actual contacts

For most emails, I tend to rely on the Auto-Complete feature of Outlook to address the emails instead of using the Address Book.

I just noticed that for most of my contacts, I don’t even have them actually stored in my Contacts folder.

Is there any way to export the addresses from the Auto-Complete cache and import them into my Contacts folder?

Add a Business Card to a Signature but without the image

I'd like to add a Business Card (vCard or vcf-file) to be included with my email signature but this also adds an image of it in my signature which I do not want.

I deleted this image when designing my signature but that removed the Business Card as well.

Is there any way to create my signature with the vCard but without the image of it?

Holiday updates for the Outlook Calendar

I found that the latest holidays are missing from my calendar. I checked for updates but none are there and manually trying to install the latest holiday updates gives an error that the update is already installed or does not apply to my system.

How can I get the latest holidays to show up?

Show next Reminder Time after using Snooze

I’ve go several appointments, meetings and tasks for which I’ve set a reminder well in advance to keep it on my mind. I then progressively snooze it until its due date and time.

Sometimes, I wonder whether I’ve snoozed it correctly and haven’t accidentally set it to snooze 5 minutes before start or even dismissed it.

Is there any way to find out when Outlook will display the next reminder for any given appointment, meeting or task?

Junk E-mail marked as Not Junk getting marked as Junk again

I'm using Outlook on multiple computers which apparently is causing a problem with the Junk E-mail filter.

On one computer, which I use daily, I've taken all the false positives out of my Junk E-mail folder and moved them back into my Inbox or other folders.

When I'm traveling, I'm using a laptop but when it collects all my emails since the last time I used it (which can be for over a week), it rescans all the emails that are being synced and most false positives end up in the Junk E-mail folder again.

How can I prevent this from happening?

Folder sorting order in Shared Mailbox changes back randomly

We’ve got several subfolders for the Inbox in a Shared Mailbox which we want to sort in such a way that the most frequently folders are at the top. The rest can remain ordered alphabetically.

We have no issues changing the sorting order at first. However, the sorting order seems to randomly get reset again and the folders end up in their original location.

We’ve tried renaming the folders with special prefixes as well, but that ended up in an even bigger mess.

Is there really no way to manually sort the folders of a Shared Mailbox and make them stay in their location?
