I’m having a problem with emails being returned from people I’ve been in contact with for years and I’m very sure they didn’t all just change addresses or that I misspelled them. The error I get is;
550 mail.server.com ESMTP
Connection rejected. Your IP xx.xxx.xxx.xx is in RBL
What does this error mean and how do I fix this?

I've just installed Windows 8.1 which includes Internet Explorer 11. Apparently, I'm now a bit too up-to-date for my company, which is still running Exchange 2007.
When I go to the OWA website, I'm only being offered the OWA Light version and no longer the full feature Premium version; The option to use OWA Light is selected and cannot be disabled.
Can I still access the Premium version somehow or does this require my company to install an Exchange update or even upgrade to a newer version?

I am facing an issue where my username automatically appears inside the body of an email I reply to or forward.
Whenever I hit on the spacebar as the first character to start editing or answering within the quoted email message, my username will appear as [John] in the email message.
Is there any way to turn this off?

I’m not always in the office but I’m quite consistent with enabling the Automatic Replies feature while I’m away.
Would it be possible to forward my emails to somebody else only when I have Automatic Replies enabled?
If so, can I also forward emails to my private address when the message was sent with high priority or from a specific colleague?

I used to be able to export my Calendar as an ics-file but now when I start the Import and Export Wizard, I only see an option to export it as a csv-file or pst-file.
I’d really prefer using the ics-file format as it is much easier to use as a backup or for other people to import so they can see my availability.
How can I save my Calendar as an ics-file again?

When looking at my message list in the Inbox, sometimes the header information is shown on 1 line and sometimes it is on 2 and some even hold a preview of the message. It seems a bit erratic this way.
How can I have it to always show on 2 lines?
