Resorting the list order of mailboxes and pst-files
I’ve got several mailboxes and additional pst-files in Outlook. The way in which they are sorted now doesn’t make much sense to me.
Is there any way to change the sorting order of this list?

I might have a problem with my Offline Address Book in Outlook.
For me, new colleagues are not showing up and the contact pictures aren't displaying either. They do for my colleague sitting next to me, so I don’t think it is a server misconfiguration or something like that.
Is there any way I can force a manual update of the Offline Address Book (OAB) in Outlook or reset it completely otherwise?
Unlike in Word, Excel and PowerPoint, I don't seem to have an option to save my emails as pdf-files.

Following up on your yesterday’s tip; I attach a file quite often and use some other commands with long keyboard sequences quite often as well.
Is there any way I can do this quicker instead of typing this (not intuitive) keyboard sequence?
When I was still using Outlook 2007, I could back up my AutoComplete cache by copying the nk2-file and then reuse it on another computer.
Now that I’m on Office 365, I no longer have this file but the AutoComplete feature still works.
Where is the AutoComplete being cached now and how can I back it up in a way that I can also restore it in the future when needed?
Over a period of time, we've been receiving emails with feedback information. We've collected these messages into a separate folder. Now we want to reply to these messages with the results of the feedback and a thank you note. Considering the amount of messages, replying to each individual message isn't an option.
How can I reply to all these emails in a specific folder at once?
I'm using an Outlook.com account in Outlook on multiple computers. I've created some rules to help me organize my emails but they only work on 1 computer unless I also recreate the rules on all the other computers.
