Switching between Calendar and Tasks folders in Outlook.com

I’ve configured my Outlook.com in Outlook and there I see multiple Calendar and Tasks folders. However, when I switch to the Calendar on the Outlook.com website, I only see a single Calendar.

In addition, I don’t have the option to switch to my Tasks but Only see Outlook.com (email), People, Calendar, OneDrive and the Office Online applications.

How do I switch between my Calendars and where can I get to my Tasks folder?

Combine and Sync Outlook Calendars

I have access to multiple Calendars in Outlook. Some of them are shared Calendars from managers and colleagues.

To maintain my overview, I currently copy their content to a separate combined calendar. Obviously, this is quite error prone and cumbersome.

Is there any way to automate this process or a better way to create a single merged Calendar?

Let users decide their Microsoft 365 Apps (Office 365) Release Channel

We have a group of users which prefers to be on the newest release of Office. However, our admins prefer to validate each release (especially with our custom solutions) before they roll it out to all users.

This is why we have chosen for the Semi-Annual Channel and have put this group of users in the Semi-Annual Preview Channel.

Since we rarely find anything major, we’d now like to offer these users with the option to switch to Monthly Enterprise, Current or even Insider releases.

However, they need to be able to switch back to Semi-Annual when they run into issues, preferably without the intervention of an administrator.

How can we achieve this?

Manually update or reset the Offline Address Book

I might have a problem with my Offline Address Book in Outlook.

For me, new colleagues are not showing up and the contact pictures aren't displaying either. They do for my colleague sitting next to me, so I don’t think it is a server misconfiguration or something like that.

Is there any way I can force a manual update of the Offline Address Book (OAB) in Outlook or reset it completely otherwise?

Plus Addressing (dynamic instant aliases with a +) for Microsoft 365, Outlook.com and Gmail

To easily sort out my newsletters from my actual emails, I’ve created an alias for my Outlook.com which is myname-newsletters@outlook.com.

Unfortunately, every now and then I tend to get a lot of spam on this address even though I don’t use it for emailing myself. I can only assume that one of the newsletters I signed up with is selling addresses.

I thought about creating an alias for each newsletter I sign up with but this process is rather cumbersome and the amount of aliases I can create on Outlook.com is limited.

Is there another way to approach this?
