I just upgraded to Windows 10 and now Outlook can’t send anymore. All the mail server settings are correct and interestingly enough, the test message is successful as well. The error message I get it;
Error message: 'Robert - Sending' reported error (0x800CCC13): 'Cannot connect to the network. Verify your network connection or modem'

When I was still using Outlook 2007, I could back up my AutoComplete cache by copying the nk2-file and then reuse it on another computer.
Now that I’m on Office 365, I no longer have this file but the AutoComplete feature still works.
Where is the AutoComplete being cached now and how can I back it up in a way that I can also restore it in the future when needed?

I have access to a mailbox of our company which is only intended to receive feedback from external customers and not for internal usage. The mailbox was therefore hidden from the Global Address List.
I also have Send As permissions for this mailbox as I need to reply to these incoming emails but not with the From name of my own mailbox.
However, each time that I try to send out on behalf of this mailbox, I get an undeliverable message stating that I don't have permission to do so, even though I do!
How can I send out emails on behalf of this hidden mailbox?

I frequently use the drag & drop method to add an attachment to an email directly from Explorer rather than using the Attach File button.
However, as of recently, this method no longer works for me. When I try, the cursor turns into some sort of a forbidden/blocked/unavailable sign.
Is there any way I can reinstate the “drag & drop to attach” feature again?

Whenever I copy something from another email or application such as an Internet page and paste that in my message, the formatting never really blends in with what I have already.
Similarly, when I have some carefully formatted text from Word and paste that into a new message, a lot of formatting is lost or messed up.
How can I control the formatting of my pasted text?

Choosing to view a message in a web browser used to open Internet Explorer and display it as a mht-file with all formatting and pictures.
Now when I choose this option, it opens Microsoft Edge but only shows the HTML code of the message and doesn’t actually render the message itself.
With Microsoft (and me) moving away from Internet Explorer, and removing it from Windows 11, how can I properly open the emails in Microsoft Edge or another web browser?
Or is Microsoft going to improve the rendering capabilities in Outlook for HTML emails?
