When looking at my folder list, I see 2 folder sets with the same emails. One is my default where I keep all my email, contacts, etc… and the second one is called Personal Folders and shows all my emails as well.
When I delete a message from Personal Folders, it is also deleted from my main mailbox.
How can I remove this duplicate set of folders?

When I reply to a somewhat longer email, I find myself scrolling quite a lot between the original message at the bottom and then back up to where I left off writing my reply message.
While you could open the message in its own window and position and resize it in such a way that it sits nicely next to your compose screen so you can read them both, it is a somewhat cumbersome solution.
Did you know that you could split your message compose window directly from within Outlook?

I've created a signature with an image in it. Now recipients say that they always see a paperclip icon for messages I sent to them.
In some cases my signature image shows indeed as an attachment and in other cases no attachment is shown at all but still the paperclip icon is shown.
When I sent them a message without my signature, no paperclip icon is shown.
How can I create a signature with an image without the paperclip icon showing up at the recipient?

I frequently do a mailbox wide search in Outlook and luckily I also usually find what I’m looking for.
Sometimes, it is also important to me to find out where exactly that email is located in Outlook. The search results list doesn’t tell me that but it is important to me that I know it is in the correct folder.
Is there any way to determine the exact folder path of a message?

I've been granted permissions on some of the mailbox folders of my colleague. As he has become ill, I've been asked to enable his Automatic Replies (Out of Office) feature for his mailbox. However, when I select his Inbox folder and enable it, it only works for my own mailbox.
How can I enable the Out of Office function for this additional mailbox as well?

I’ve been granted access to several large mailboxes and Public Folders which I’ve marked as Favorite. As I’m also regularly off-line, I’ve configured Outlook to also cache this shared content. However, the result is that I now have a really big ost-file.
I was hoping that with the Sync Slider feature in Outlook 2013, I was able to limit how much was being cached and reduce the size of the ost-file. I’ve set the Sync Slider now to 30 days and it seems to work on my own mailbox but it doesn’t have the same effect on my shared mailboxes and Public Folders.
Does the sync slider affect these shared folders at all? If not, what alternatives do I have to reduce the total size of my ost-file?

I'm trying to locate the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe) for Outlook 2010 but when I look in the correct location, I don't see it there.
In fact, I only see a couple of files listed in the Office14 folder and even OUTLOOK.EXE isn't listed there.
Why isn't SCANPST.EXE or even OUTLOOK.EXE found on my computer?
Or even more important; How am I supposed to repair my pst-file now?
