Backup Quick Access Toolbar settings
I have modified my Quick Access Toolbar in Outlook quite a bit and I would like to save the changes in case I need to reinstall.
How can I backup the QAT and can I also copy these to my laptop?

The ToolTips for some commands do not show their corresponding keyboard shortcuts (like for instance "Attach File").
Do I always have to use my mouse for these commands or are there any hidden shortcuts for them or can I somehow create my own?
I’ve added pictures to my Outlook.com contacts in Outlook. However, when I look at my Contacts on the Outlook.com website or in Outlook on another computer, I don’t see the contact pictures I added.
How can I get the pictures to synch to Outlook.com so that they look the same on all my computers and on the Outlook.com website?
Now that I know how to insert emoji into Outlook, a few things are still a bit unclear to me;
Do you want to conveniently manage all your mail you've received today even when you have rules configured which scatter them across different folders?
This is my personal favorite Search Folder.
When I select the Activities tab of a contact, it shows me all the Activities as it should. With the "Show" dropdown list I can select which type of Activities I can see (mails, appointments, notes, etc...). So far so good.
The trouble is, is that I get too much information when I select "E-mail" option. Right now it is searching through my entire mailbox but I only need it to search some specific folders.
Is there any way I can change this?
I just upgraded from Office 2003 to 2007. I attempt to open an Outlook link with file extension XNK, but I receive the following error message:
"Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. The command line argument is not valid.
Verify the switch you are using."
I see new emails coming in but after some seconds they automatically remove themselves from my mailbox. I don't have any rules configured that would move or delete these items.
How can I get this to stop and get to those messages?
I’m using Outlook on Windows 10 and while new emails successfully arrive in my Inbox folder, I do not get a New Email Alert for them like I used to.
I did notice that there was a notification for it in the new Action Center but that goes a bit unnoticed. Outlook itself is still configured to “Display a Desktop Alert” but it doesn’t show.
Can I somehow get the old big alert and sound back when a new message arrives?
I frequently travel between different time zones. Sometimes I change my computer's clock to match the time zone that I'm in and sometimes I don't (depends a bit on how long I'm staying).
This can be quite confusing sometimes and I often worry if all my meetings and appointments are still scheduled on the correct time.
What is the best way to configure Outlook in this situation?
