Sorting Draft messages by date
I seem to have collected quite a bit of Draft messages over the years. Some are indeed current Drafts, some are templates that I regularly use and others are just left-overs from messages which I cancelled but Outlook decided to save anyway.
I now want to clean up that folder but they appear to be sorted randomly and the date is indicated as "None". Can still I sort my Drafts chronologically?
Add a printer specifically for Outlook
I've got a printer with relatively expensive ink cartridges as I've mainly bought it for printing photos. However, on occasion, I also need to print out some other things which are usually emails.
To prevent wasting precious ink, I always change my printing settings to use black ink only (greyscale), use the economy/draft mode of my printer and sometimes even set it to print double-sided. These are quite some clicks each time I need to print and I actually sometimes forget to set it.
Is there any way to make this the default when printing from Outlook?
Forward emails only when Automatic Replies (OOF) is enabled
I’m not always in the office but I’m quite consistent with enabling the Automatic Replies feature while I’m away.
Would it be possible to forward my emails to somebody else only when I have Automatic Replies enabled?
If so, can I also forward emails to my private address when the message was sent with high priority or from a specific colleague?
Showing Appointment and Meeting details and notes directly in the Calendar
I’ve adjusted the time scale in the Calendar (I’ve set it to 15 minutes), so that my work time hours completely fill the visible Calendar area on my screen.
Now some of my longer appointments are just big blobs of color.
Is there anyway to fill this space with some more meaningful info such as the notes I wrote in the appointment?

Recurring Appointments and Meetings are being archived
Outlook’s AutoArchive feature just ran and it took out all the recurring Appointments and Meetings from my main Calendar folder. It never did that before!
I’m now also missing all the Birthday reminders.
How can I easily reinstate all my recurring Calendar items to my main Calendar folder, and how can I tell AutoArchive to stop archiving these recurring items?
