My mailbox just got migrated to an Exchange 2013 server which comes with a completely new design of Outlook Web App (OWA).
In the previous versions of OWA, I was able to access our Public Folders via a link in the bottom left corner. I don’t see that link anywhere anymore.
I know that we still have the Public Folders as I can access them from Outlook.
How do I access Public Folders in OWA 2013?

I know that you can add commands to the Quick Access Toolbar but I actually like to have some additional commands shown on the Home or Message tab of Outlook instead.
For instance, I would like to add the Spelling & Grammar button to the main Messages tab (visible when composing a message) and the Print button to the Home tab of the Outlook window itself.
How can I do this?

A colleague has sent me some draft emails as attachments to a message.
When I open the attachments to revise the emails before sending, the send button is unavailable as it is greyed out.
How can I send these drafts without needing to copy them into a new message?

Since recently, I’ve switched the view of my Contacts folder to the Phone List view and arranged that view to group the contacts by Company name.
This works great for the contacts for which I’ve defined a company name. However, the contacts for which I haven’t defined a company name are separated in two groups which are both called “Company: (none)”.
Why is this happening and how can I get all these contacts listed in a single “none” group?

I've looked through all the rules in Outlook but it appears I can only apply them to messages which meet a certain condition. What I'm looking for is to create a rule when a certain condition is NOT met.
For instance, all emails which are marked as high importance but that are not coming from our escalation tool should be marked as normal importance (and I'll assign it a category instead to indicate that the customer deemed it important).
I can set the condition "from people or public group" with ease but how do I set the condition "NOT from people or public group"?

I'm looking for a way to delete a mail from the web mail client when I delete the message in Outlook. This mainly applies to Junk Email.
It's because I don't want to have a messy mailbox when I have to use the web mail client. Right now, when I delete an email in Outlook, the original one still remains in my inbox on the web server, so after a couple of months I have a real mess in my inbox.
Is there any way to also delete these messages from the server from within Outlook?

I've got an additional account in Outlook which I share with someone else. We often flag emails for each other which then show up in the To-Do Bar as well were it mixes with my own tasks and flagged mails.
I tried to disable this mailbox from displaying reminders in the To-Do Bar but that option appears not to be available.
Is there a way to only show tasks and reminders from emails in my personal mailbox and not from another?

I am facing an issue where my username automatically appears inside the body of an email I reply to or forward.
Whenever I hit on the spacebar as the first character to start editing or answering within the quoted email message, my username will appear as [John] in the email message.
Is there any way to turn this off?
