I've got several licenses for Office and Outlook but I'm not sure which one which ones I've used and which ones are free.
How can I find out which license I've used for which computer and how can I change the key if needed?
Sometimes I do not see the Activities that are linked with a certain contact. Why is that?
I’m thinking about upgrading to Outlook 2019 but I know we are not using the latest version of Exchange.
I've backed up my pst-file of my POP3 account from my old computer and now want to use it on my new computer.
I've been told not to use the Import feature to restore my pst-file but to reuse it when setting up my account in Outlook. That way I should be able to keep my rules, view settings and various other personalization settings.
That sounds great and I would prefer not to lose too many of my settings but how exactly do I need to restore my POP3 pst-file to keep all these things?
I'm accessing a shared mailbox in Outlook 2010 and also have the option to cache shared folders enabled.
Sometimes, when I create a new folder or rename an exisiting folder in the shared mailbox, the folder doesn't show up or gets renamed back to the original folder when restarting Outlook.
How can I see these changes directly or make them permanent without disabling Cached Exchange Mode?
After installing an update for Outlook, I'm encountering some strange issues with Outlook which I think are directly related to the update and not to any other Outlook issue.
How can I uninstall the update again to verify if the issue will indeed be gone then?
I regularly save individual emails as msg-file from Outlook into a folder on my computer to more conveniently group it with other related documents.
Now that I’ve switched to the New Outlook, I seem not be able to do that anymore. There is no File command anymore either. This is where the option used to be in Classic Outlook.
Can I no longer save individual emails as msg-files anymore in the New Outlook?
For our sports club, I’m trying to create a calendar with our schedule to which everyone needs to have access. We don’t have Exchange but just a bunch of private POP3, IMAP and Outlook.com and Hotmail accounts.
Some of us need to have full read/write access but for others read permissions will do.
Would it still be possible for us to create a shared group calendar?
When I'm sending an email via my Hotmail account I'm being prompted to type in some characters.
Why do I have to type these characters and how do I get rid of this prompt?
