When I click on a hyperlink in a message it opens a dialog showing my computer folders (defaulting to My Documents). I don't want to save it.

I’ve sent out some really important emails and for these emails not only did I request Read Receipts, I also requested Delivery Receipts.
I do this because Read Receipts aren’t sent until the recipient actually reads the message and even then, these Read Receipts can be cancelled by the recipient or can otherwise get “lost” as well.
From my understanding, Delivery Receipts should be returned as soon as the message is delivered in the online mailbox of the recipient, which should be within a few seconds. However, I never seem to get these even though the messages are clearly being delivered.
How can I reliably get Delivery Receipts back when requested?

When using the Save, Open, Attach File and Insert Picture dialogs in Outlook (and other Office applications), I usually need to browse quite a bit to actually get to the location where I want to be.

In previous versions of Outlook, I regularly exported some of my Outlook Calendar, Contacts and Mail data to Excel files to work with it from there or imported data into Outlook from Excel. You also have some Import/Export tips which involve Excel.
However, now that I’ve upgraded to Outlook 2016, the option to import from or export to an Excel file is no longer available.
Why has it been taken away and what is the alternative now?
