For most of the messages that I send, I’d prefer to keep a copy in my Sent Items which is also the understandable default in Outlook.
However, in some cases, I find it not really necessary keep a copy. For instance, when resending or forwarding a message or when a message only contains a (larger) attachment.
For these instances, would it be possible to have Outlook prompt me whether I want to save a copy of the message?

Every now and then I receive messages with attachments which need some small changes before they are ready (they get printed or forwarded afterwards).
I really don't have a need to save these attachments to my disk as well but Outlook insists on saving them there.
Is there a way that I can save the changed attachments directly to the original messages?

By default, whenever I create a hyperlink, Outlook turns the text color into blue and underlines it.
This is of course very recognizable but also not very modern as most web designs no longer underline hyperlinks. I’m also simply a bit bored with the blue.
Is there any way I can remove this default underline and change the color into for instance our company's color (green)?

I have my email account configured on my laptop and when I'm at home, I use my Internet connection at home via WiFi to my router. When I'm on the road, I use my wireless 3G card.
The issue is that when I use it at home, in order to send emails, I need to set the SMTP server settings to my "home provider" and when I'm on the road, I need to set it to my "3G provider". This is quite cumbersome.
Can I configure my mail account with 2 SMTP servers so that I don't have to change it all the time?

I often embed screenshots or paste Excel tables as pictures (Windows Metafile) into my messages and they look good when composing.
However, when the messages are being received, Outlook automatically resizes these images based upon the width of the Reading Pane making them impossible to read without opening the message and/or resize message window (which not everyone is aware of).
How can I prevent Outlook from automatically resize these images and force it to always display it in full size?

I've got several message templates stored in the Drafts folder which I use on a frequent basis. However, whenever I open the template from the Drafts folder and send it, it is removed from the Drafts folder.
Can I configure Outlook to always leave a copy of the template in the Drafts folder?

I'd like to add a Business Card (vCard or vcf-file) to be included with my email signature but this also adds an image of it in my signature which I do not want.
I deleted this image when designing my signature but that removed the Business Card as well.
Is there any way to create my signature with the vCard but without the image of it?

I need to send someone some contact details but those contact details need to be in the message text and not send as an attachment (I don't know if the receiver can open vcf- or msg-files).
How can I quickly insert these details?

Within our company, we like to use Voting emails to decide on various things. However, not everything is a Yes/No/Maybe or Accept/Reject question.
For instance, what to get for lunch (we use it for more serious business stuff as well though).
How do I define my own answers when creating an email with voting buttons?
