I’m thinking about buying a Microsoft Surface tablet but I’m left with a few questions regarding mail and especially in conjunction with Outlook as that is what I’m currently using.
- I saw that the Microsoft Surface tablet comes with Office pre-installed. Does this also include Outlook and if not, can I install Outlook on it later?
- If I were to use the Mail app, can I sync the Microsoft Surface tablet with Outlook on my Desktop?
- Can I also sync my Calendar, Contacts, Tasks (To-Do list) and Notes?

We're using Cisco WebEx for on-line meetings. For this I used to have a WebEx Toolbar in Outlook to directly schedule on-line meetings from within Outlook.
However, I no longer see this WebEx Toolbar nor does it show as a Ribbon tab in Outlook 2010.
How can I make the WebEx integration available in Outlook again?

I checked the list of add-ins that I have installed for Outlook and I’m a bit surprised how many I have installed.
I thought I was just using “plain vanilla” Outlook without add-ins but apparently Outlook already comes with some pre-installed and some others were added by installing other applications.
I now try to “weed out” the additional add-ins hoping that it will improve my Outlook startup time as it is fast when launching Outlook in Safe Mode.
Which add-ins do I really need and which are safe to disable?

When I started Outlook this morning, it told me that it couldn’t find the pst-file that I’ve been using for years. It indeed appeared deleted and after some panicking, I found that it was luckily “only” quarantined by my virus scanner.
How do I prevent this from happening again?

Upon printing an email from Outlook, my name is printed in large bold letters at the top of the message.
While this is OK for my own messages, sadly Outlook also prints my name when I print a message from my manager’s mailbox for which I am a delegate.
Is there a way to print it with the name of my manager instead or to remove the name altogether?

After reinstalling my computer and reconfiguring Outlook, my account got configured automatically as an IMAP account.
I've tried this for a while, but due to some features not being available for IMAP accounts and my small on-line mailbox, I'd much rather have it configured as a POP3 account again.
How can I convert my account from IMAP back to POP3?

Every now and then I receive messages with attachments which need some small changes before they are ready (they get printed or forwarded afterwards).
I really don't have a need to save these attachments to my disk as well but Outlook insists on saving them there.
Is there a way that I can save the changed attachments directly to the original messages?

When I’m using Outlook on the Desktop, it is quite easy to enable the option to request a read receipt.
However, when I’m using Outlook in a browser, I don’t seem to have this option.
How can I request for a Read Receipt when using Outlook on the Web?

I just reinstalled my computer but did not save the nk2-file to maintain my AutoComplete list so now no addresses show up when writing in the To-line.
Is there any way I can quickly fill AutoComplete with all my contacts at once instead of waiting for the list to rebuild itself again?
