I've downloaded and installed the "Conferencing Add-in for Microsoft Office Outlook" but the toolbars do not display in Outlook after installing. Also, inviting someone to a meeting from within Live Meeting does not work and results in an error to check my email settings.
How can I get this add-in and maill integration to work?

I'd like to keep all my Outlook data in a different folder than Outlook uses by default. I therefore have moved the pst-file that Outlook automatically created to my custom folder.
I also have some additional pst-files in that folder which I occasionally use (and disconnect afterwards). However, Outlook keeps going to the default location when trying to create or add a pst-file.
Is there any way I can change the default to my own location?

I have multiple accounts configured and they are all showing New Mail Desktop Alerts when new email comes in.
As one account mainly receives newsletters and spam, I’d like to turn off these alerts for this specific account.

Whenever I try to send a message, click on the Send/Receive button or when Outlook sends/receives by itself, Outlook crashes.
I can still use all the other functions in Outlook and Outlook works just fine when I place it in Offline mode. However, it would be nice to be able to send/receive some new emails as well. ;-)

I see new emails coming in but after some seconds they automatically remove themselves from my mailbox. I don't have any rules configured that would move or delete these items.
How can I get this to stop and get to those messages?

I’m working with Excel sheets that contain a lot of email addresses as well.
When updating a field, it turns the email address in a clickable “mailto” link and when I’m not careful when clicking, it opens up a new email in Outlook.
As I have no intention to email anyone directly from these lists, but do work a lot with these sheets, this is getting annoying quite fast.
Is there any way to disable this behavior in Excel?

This morning, I right clicked on the Outlook shortcut on my Taskbar, wanting to create a new email message, only to find out that all the Jump List Tasks to create a new email, appointment, etc… are missing.
I’ve recreated my Outlook shortcut and also done a Repair on my Office installation but the tasks are still missing.

Upon checking my Deleted Items folder, I came across some emails which should not have been deleted.
I’m now trying to find out how this happened and knowing when it got deleted would be a huge help.
Is there any way to determine when a message got deleted?

On occasion, I receive emails which have been addressed to multiple people which contain actionable items for our team which need to be discussed internally first.
Currently, I usually press Reply All and remove the addresses of the original sender and other recipients who don’t belong to our team. Sometimes, re-addressing the email entirely is quicker. Either way, it is cumbersome and quite error prone.
Can I somehow add a “Discuss with Team” button to the Respond section as well?
