I have a picture of myself located on the Internet which I want to add to my Signature. As I will regularly replace this picture with a newer one, I want it to automatically update in my Signature as well.
In addition, I want the image to point to my Facebook website when people click on it.
How can I set up such a dynamic signature image in Outlook?
I’m getting some weird graphics anomalies with my screen when using Outlook.
For instance, the screen suddenly turns completely black or white, and when I move over those spaces with my mouse, the Outlook UI starts to appear again but only in those places.
At other times, text in the Ribbon and Folder Pane overlap or folders appear empty even when they are not.
Restarting Outlook fixes it temporarily but I’d like to fix it permanently.
I was recommended to “disable hardware graphics acceleration” but I can’t find that option anywhere.
How do I solve this issue?
Using Outlook on the Web, when I click on the To button to address an email, I can only see my own contacts and not the internal contacts from my company (Global Address List).
When I switch to the People section, I do see my company’s “Directory” so I know it is there.
How can I switch between my Address Lists when addressing an email and can I also change the defaults Address List as I can do in Outlook?
When I double click on an attachment, I’m being asked whether I would like to open or save the file. I would like to open it but I don't want to answer this question again.
There is an option which says “Always ask before opening this type of file” which I want to turn off but I can't since it is greyed out.
How can I enable this checkbox and get rid of the prompt when opening my attachment?
One of my rules which I have configured in Outlook does not work automatically. However, it does run fine when I choose "Run Rules Now..." manually. I don't do anything fancy with the rule as all it does is moving the message to another folder.
How do I get this rule to run automatically?
I have added some folders to the “Favorites” list but each time I exit Outlook, the favorite folders get deleted.

When I do a search in Outlook via Instant Search, does Outlook then also search for the text within attachments such as pdf-files?
I'm using Outlook with multiple accounts configured. This is a mix of Exchange, POP3, IMAP and Outlook.com accounts so they each have their own Inbox folder.
This sometimes makes it hard to keep track of all the latest (unread) messages as it requires me to visit each Inbox and sometimes sub folders as well.
Is there any way to create a special view or Search Folder which combines all these Inboxes into a single list of (unread) emails?
I’ve added my Outlook.com mailbox to Outlook 2013 as an Exchange ActiveSync (EAS) account. In the Navigation Pane, the display mailbox of the mailbox is the full email address of my Outlook.com account.
Because my email address is quite long, it gets truncated with “…”. Preferably, I just want it to show my first name since it is my personal account.
Is there any way I can rename or otherwise shorten this mailbox name?
