I often have more than one Outlook window open. For instance: the main Outlook window, the Reminders dialog and some emails.
While I could use ALT+TAB to switch between them, the multitude of other application windows which I have open makes it quite cumbersome and also difficult to quickly select the correct one.
Is there an easy way to switch only between the open Outlook windows and messages?

When I hit reply to an email, my response email stays within the preview pane until I select Pop Out.
I would like to disable that so that when I hit reply, it automatically opens a new window. I searched all over and could not find it.
Is there a way to disable it?

When I reply in Outlook 2013, I no longer seem to be able to insert pictures, create a table, change the message format, request a read receipt and a whole lot of other things which I was able to do in Outlook 2010.
Interestingly enough, these features are available when I create a new message or first open the message via a double click and then press the reply button.
How can I make all the features available when replying to a message as well?

When attaching a file to a message, it opens a dialog which lets you browse for files. When I click on “All Files (*.*)”, it allows you to choose various file types such as Word Documents, Word 97-2003, Rich Text Format, Text Files, etc...
Is it also possible to add my own file types here such as Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF-files?

When writing a message Outlook is no longer putting those red squiggly lines under misspelled words.
In Options, I’ve verified that the options “Check spelling as you type” and “Mark grammar errors as you type” are enabled but it is still not working.
It still works correctly in Word and Word and Outlook are the same version as well.
How can I enable spellcheck for Outlook again?

I seem to have collected quite a bit of Draft messages over the years. Some are indeed current Drafts, some are templates that I regularly use and others are just left-overs from messages which I cancelled but Outlook decided to save anyway.
I now want to clean up that folder but they appear to be sorted randomly and the date is indicated as "None". Can still I sort my Drafts chronologically?

When right clicking on a Taskbar icon, there is a menu (Jump List) which contains application specific actions and/or a Recent list.
For instance, the Jump List for Word, provides quick access to files I've recently used and allows me to pin files which I use on a regular basis. Outlook however, does not seem to keep such a Recent list.
Is it possible to also get a "Recent items" list in the Jump List of Outlook for easy access to saved message templates?

I'm having several messages in my Outbox waiting to get sent out.
I noticed that some of these messages have a date and are written in italics. Other messages have no date and are in Roman. Upon sending and receiving, the ones in italics get sent but the ones in Roman hang in the Outbox.
What is the difference and how can I fix this without needing to recreate the messages?
