After updating my Surface tablet to Windows 8.1, I now also have Outlook available to me.
I know some things are not available like macros and 3rd party add-ins and such, but I also noticed that the Junk button is grayed out.
The fact that the button is there makes me believe it can be turned on somehow but I can’t find it.

I’ve added a couple of addresses to my Safe Senders, Safe Recipients and Blocked Senders lists and also increased the filtering level to High.
This works great for my main email account in Outlook but it doesn’t seem to work for my other accounts. Even emails from addresses that are on my Blocked Senders list aren’t being filtered.
How can I enable the Junk E-mail Filter for my other accounts as well?

Before upgrading my PC to Windows 10, I’d like to make a backup of my Outlook pst-file.
I searched on my disk and I already found a few but I want to make sure I’ve got them all or at least the correct current ones.

I’ve recently switched to a new computer with Outlook 2016 on it. I’ve successfully configured my account and just imported my pst-file from Outlook 2007.
My emails and everything are there but the Address Book was not included.

Recently, upon checking for new emails by pressing the Send/Receive button or sending a new one myself, I get the error “Not implemented”.
At the moment, I can’t send out any emails at all nor do I receive any new ones.
Where is this coming from and, more importantly, how do I get rid of it and be able to send/receive mail again?

In Outlook, everywhere I look, I see a placeholder as the Contact’s picture.
Rather than seeing this placeholder all the time, can’t I simply remove it altogether?

I’ve just installed Office 2013 but I also have Communicator 2007 R2 installed and found that the Communicator status is not found in Outlook.
In the option of Communicator, the option “Update my presence based on my Calendar information” is checked but that doesn’t seem to work either.

I've just installed Windows 8.1 which includes Internet Explorer 11. Apparently, I'm now a bit too up-to-date for my company, which is still running Exchange 2007.
When I go to the OWA website, I'm only being offered the OWA Light version and no longer the full feature Premium version; The option to use OWA Light is selected and cannot be disabled.
Can I still access the Premium version somehow or does this require my company to install an Exchange update or even upgrade to a newer version?

I’ve just switched to a new computer and configured Outlook with my POP3 account which automatically created the Inbox, Drafts, Sent Items, etc… folders listed under my POP3 email address.
I’ve been able to reconnect to my pst-files (outlook.pst and archive.pst) via:
File-> Open-> Open Outlook Data File
This successfully imported my Personal Folders, but listed them in a separate section below the email titled section rather than merged them.
I then tried running the Import and Export Wizard, but it displays a window showing:
"The Outlook data file (.pst) is already in use in the current profile".
How can I merge my pst-files restored from my backup with the newly created folders under my email address?
