I’m looking for a way to more easily recognize internal mail, i.e. mail coming from our @company.com domain.
I’ve been successful to do this for several external domains via Conditional Formatting (as described in Highlight mail from a specific domain) but when I try this for our own domain, it doesn’t work.
Is there a way to achieve this either via Conditional Formatting or a Search Folder for our internal mail as well?

When I reply to a somewhat longer email, I find myself scrolling quite a lot between the original message at the bottom and then back up to where I left off writing my reply message.
While you could open the message in its own window and position and resize it in such a way that it sits nicely next to your compose screen so you can read them both, it is a somewhat cumbersome solution.
Did you know that you could split your message compose window directly from within Outlook?

I’ve already added the Holidays to Outlook but I was wondering if I could also easily add other special days and sport schedules to my Calendar.
For instance, I’d like to add the moon phases, the Formula 1 calendar and a countdown to the end of the year.
Can I do this?

I'm using an Outlook.com account in Outlook on multiple computers. I've created some rules to help me organize my emails but they only work on 1 computer unless I also recreate the rules on all the other computers.
Is there any way to sync all my Outlook rules with my Outlook.com account as well?

For all my contacts (“clients” actually in my case), I’ve filled out the Company field on the Contact form. I’ve also made sure that the Company name is included in the contact’s Display Name.
My aim for this was that I could reveal the Company name directly in my message list so I could directly recognize which company the sender is from.
However, although I can add the Company field to my message list, the field remains blank. Also, my chosen display name for the contact seems to be ignored.
Why is this being ignored and more importantly; How can I achieve what I want?

I’ve configured Outlook.com to collect emails from another account of mine via POP3.
While this works without issues, it really takes a long time before new emails of this POP3 account actually become available in Outlook.com.
Is there a way to configure how often Outlook.com checks for new emails for configured POP3 accounts, force a manual send/receive or anything else to increase the speed to receive new emails?

I have a very large mailbox so I cleaned it up but noticed that the size of my pst-file remained the same. I've already emptied the Deleted Items folder too.
How can I make it smaller?

I’m using Outlook on multiple computers and even though my emails sync beautifully between all my devices, my email Signatures do not.
While I could back them up and restore them manually onto another computer after each change, surely in the age of Cloud Based Computing there must be a better approach for this.
How can I synchronize my email Signatures between computers?

How do I switch between my Calendars and where can I get to my Tasks folder?
