Combine and Sync Outlook Calendars
I have access to multiple Calendars in Outlook. Some of them are shared Calendars from managers and colleagues.
To maintain my overview, I currently copy their content to a separate combined calendar. Obviously, this is quite error prone and cumbersome.
Is there any way to automate this process or a better way to create a single merged Calendar?
Integrating Facebook chat with Outlook
In a previous tip, you explained how you can set which IM client should integrate with Outlook.
In Outlook.com, you can use Facebook chat and I would also like to have that in Outlook. I’ve connected Facebook to Outlook via the Facebook Social Connector Provider but I see no chat function.
Is it also possible to integrate Facebook chat into Outlook?
Can’t import Contacts into Outlook.com
I have a list of contacts in a csv-file which I’m trying to import into my Outlook.com mailbox configured in Outlook 2013.
However, upon trying to import the list, I get the following error:
Could not complete the operation because the service provider does not support it.
How can I get my contacts into my Outlook.com mailbox?
Should I use POP3 or IMAP?
In your previous tips you describe the process about switching from POP3 to IMAP and from IMAP to POP3.
I’ve always used POP3 in the past without giving it much thought as it worked for me. I recently found out that my provider actually supports both methods. So I can choose but that also brings my question;

Formatting and attachments disabled for Notes section of Appointments, Contacts and Tasks
When adding something in the Notes section of an Appointment, Meeting, Contact or Task item, I noticed that the Format Text tab is completely greyed out and also most of the Insert tab.
I always used to be able to add Rich Text to this field and add pictures and other attachments to it but now it no longer seems possible. The Attach File button actually does seem to work but I can't access the files anymore after attaching.
What is causing this and how can I re-active it all again?
Outlook.com stops syncing with Outlook 2013
I've configured my Outlook.com account in Outlook 2013 as an Exchange Active Sync (EAS) account.
In a previous post you mentioned that unlike Outlook Hotmail Connector accounts, which syncs on a schedule, mail for EAS accounts in Outlook 2013 should arrive almost instantly (Direct Push).
This is indeed the case for a while but when I have Outlook open for a longer period of time, my Outlook.com account stops synching with Outlook and I have to press the Send/Receive button to get my new mail or restart Outlook
How can I prevent Outlook from breaking this sync and continue to collect my email directly from the server as it arrives?

Undeliverable error when sending on behalf of a hidden mailbox
I have access to a mailbox of our company which is only intended to receive feedback from external customers and not for internal usage. The mailbox was therefore hidden from the Global Address List.
I also have Send As permissions for this mailbox as I need to reply to these incoming emails but not with the From name of my own mailbox.
However, each time that I try to send out on behalf of this mailbox, I get an undeliverable message stating that I don't have permission to do so, even though I do!
How can I send out emails on behalf of this hidden mailbox?
