The button for New, Reply, Reply to All and Forward buttons are all greyed out.
Any reason why that would happen all of a sudden?

I've updated about 20 files that I now need to send around for review. I do not want to send this as an attachment so I'm inserting hyperlinks to the files which are stored on the network.
For this I use Insert-> Hyperlink but for each file I want to create a hyperlink to I need to browse back to the folder.
These are a lot of clicks and will take forever! Is there a faster way?
I sort my email by using Categories and I do the same for my outgoing emails.
When I forward or reply to a message that I have Categorized, my Categories are being removed for this forward or reply message and I need to reassign them.
Can I configure Outlook to automatically assign the Categories of the original message when forwarding or replying to a message? This would then automatically sort my outgoing emails.

Where is that option in Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013?

How can I fix this?
I have created a signature for one of my e-mail accounts but when I create a new message and select that account the signature does not show.
If I set the account with the signature as the default account and then create a new message it shows, but I do not want to do this every time I wish to send a message via that account.
How can I make Outlook to select my signature automatically when changing my account?
When I create a new message or when I click Reply to reply back to an exisitng email, I've got backward looking P's (¶) all over my reply email and another one where I start typing in a new email.
How do I remove these?
When I send a message, I get it returned with a message from System Administror;

How do I fix this?
I often need to reply to messages with boilerplate text. Right now, I copy them from other messages, Word documents and for some I have set up some special signatures which include the message text as well.
Can I assume that Outlook has a better solution for this? If so, where?
Sometimes I hit CTRL+ENTER or ALT+S by mistake and off goes the message as it is Outlook's shortcut for the Send button.
Is there any way I can prevent this from happening?
