Printing an opened Note in Outlook 2010

This might be a silly question but how do I print an opened Note in Outlook 2010?

Two or more icons for Outlook on the Taskbar

I just installed Office 2013 and one thing I noticed is that Outlook now has two icons on the Taskbar when it is open. If the program is closed, only one icon is displayed.

Any additional Outlook windows also group to this icon so basically the first Outlook is only being used to open Outlook.

How can I get rid of this extra Outlook icon on the Taskbar?

View HTML source code of an email in New Outlook

In Classic Outlook, you were able to view the HTML source of an email. As a designer of templates and newsletters, this is particularly helpful to see how the HTML of an email got through when things don’t line up as expected.

Within New Outlook, I don’t see this feature anymore.

Is the “View Source” command coming to New Outlook as well or will it be removed?

Is there another way to see the HTML tags of an email in New Outlook?

Close email automatically after replying

I prefer to read emails by opening them in their own window rather than using the Reading Pane.

Whenever I press Reply, Outlook opens a new message window but the original message is still left open as well and needs to be closed manually after I sent my reply.

As I often switch between applications while writing a message, this opened message gets “hidden” behind other windows and I end up with many opened message windows by the end of the day.

Is there a way to automatically close these windows when I reply?

Undeliverable error when sending on behalf of a hidden mailbox

I have access to a mailbox of our company which is only intended to receive feedback from external customers and not for internal usage. The mailbox was therefore hidden from the Global Address List.

I also have Send As permissions for this mailbox as I need to reply to these incoming emails but not with the From name of my own mailbox.

However, each time that I try to send out on behalf of this mailbox, I get an undeliverable message stating that I don't have permission to do so, even though I do!

How can I send out emails on behalf of this hidden mailbox?
