Safe-listed mail still ends up in Junk E-mail folder

Even though I have marked a message as "Not Junk", safe-listed it via "Add Sender to Safe Sender List" and "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List", messages from this sender still end up in the Junk E-mail folder.

What do I need to change in order to get these messages delivered to the Inbox?

Boolean search with multiple criteria in Outlook (AND and OR statements)

For the longest time, I’ve been using Advanced Find and enabled its Query Builder to perform searches with multiple criteria and Boolean statements.

This works quite well but it can sometimes be slow to set up such a search within the Advanced Find window.

Can I also perform Boolean and multi criteria searches in Outlook without using Advanced Find?

Combine and Sync Outlook Calendars

I have access to multiple Calendars in Outlook. Some of them are shared Calendars from managers and colleagues.

To maintain my overview, I currently copy their content to a separate combined calendar. Obviously, this is quite error prone and cumbersome.

Is there any way to automate this process or a better way to create a single merged Calendar?

I’ve got AutoArchive set to run every 14 days. While it indeed does this, in between runs, I sometimes wonder how long it will still take before AutoArchive runs again.

Outlook 2003: Sent messages are being received incomplete

Over the last couple of weeks, people are complaining to me that the messages I have sent to them are incomplete. Upon checking my Sent Items folder, the content is indeed truncated when sent.

The cut off looks random to me; It’s not like it is being cut off after a specific word count. However, it does look like the shorter messages do arrive completely.

What is causing this and how can I make sure this won’t happen again?

Poor Hotmail experience

My Outlook is really slow with Hotmail accounts but fine on anything POP3.

It doesn't seem to keep a record of what's been synched already i.e.: if I do a send/recieve on a Hotmail Inbox it synchs the whole box - taking 20 minutes or so -  but next time I load Outlook up they're all not synched again.

When I move to a Hotmail Inbox, it can be 30-60 seconds saying "synchronizing message headers" or times out with an error.

Is there a simple fix?

Single account with 2 different SMTP servers

I have my email account configured on my laptop and when I'm at home, I use my Internet connection at home via WiFi to my router. When I'm on the road, I use my wireless 3G card.

The issue is that when I use it at home, in order to send emails, I need to set the SMTP server settings to my "home provider" and when I'm on the road, I need to set it to my "3G provider". This is quite cumbersome.

Can I configure my mail account with 2 SMTP servers so that I don't have to change it all the time?
