Home Page tab not available in Folder Properties

I used to have a folder with a Home Page set to a website. This website now no longer works and the folder is opened instead.

When I open the Folder Properties, I no longer see the Home Page tab either to re-enter it.

Has the Home Page feature been removed from Outlook or is there a way to re-enable it?

Leave messages on mail server

I'm using 2 computers with Outlook and I've also configured my mobile phone to collect my email but it seems a bit at random where my received messages show up.

Outlook Today, meet Favorites, Peeks and the To-Do Bar

Every now and then I come across people who still very much like Outlook Today or get contacted by people who tell me that Outlook Today is broken for them.

Officially, the Outlook Today feature has the "deprecated" status so it could be gone in a future version of Outlook. Over the years, the functionality of Outlook Today has been moved to other parts of Outlook.

Are you ready to abandon Outlook Today?

Add a printer specifically for Outlook

I've got a printer with relatively expensive ink cartridges as I've mainly bought it for printing photos. However, on occasion, I also need to print out some other things which are usually emails.

To prevent wasting precious ink, I always change my printing settings to use black ink only (greyscale), use the economy/draft mode of my printer and sometimes even set it to print double-sided. These are quite some clicks each time I need to print and I actually sometimes forget to set it.

Is there any way to make this the default when printing from Outlook?

Recall a sent message (and why it will probably fail)

Instead of forwarding a message to someone else, I accidentally replied to it.

As this is a bit of an embarrassing mistake, I was wondering if I could “undo” the sending of this message.

Can I recall a message and how can I prevent future mistakes?

Keep a copy of a Draft as a message template

I've got several message templates stored in the Drafts folder which I use on a frequent basis. However, whenever I open the template from the Drafts folder and send it, it is removed from the Drafts folder.

Saving an Appointment or Meeting as ics-file by using Drag & Drop

When I drag and drop an Appointment or Meeting from my Calendar into a File Explorer window or another messages, this Calendar item is being saved as an msg-file.

While this might make sense for saving emails, I’d rather save my Calendar items as ics-files.

Can I somehow change the drag & drop format for Calendar items to ics-files?

Using wildcards to block Junk E-mail domains

There is a domain which continues to send me Junk E-mail but they change the first part of their email address each time and sometimes also the subdomain.

Sadly, the Outlook Junk E-mail Filter doesn’t capture these emails automatically yet. I see options to safe list the Sender’s Domain but not to block the Sender’s Domain.

Is there a way that I can block all emails coming from this domain via wildcards or something similar?
