On occasion, I use the web mail offered by my ISP to sent my email when away from home or use my phone to send an email which also places its sent items in web mail on the server.
How do I get these sent messages in web mail to become available in Outlook as well?

Before upgrading my PC to Windows 10, I’d like to make a backup of my Outlook pst-file.
I searched on my disk and I already found a few but I want to make sure I’ve got them all or at least the correct current ones.
Where can I find my pst-file?

I’ve got a vCard containing my contacts which I created by exporting my contacts from another application (Lotus Notes). However, Outlook seems to only support importing the first contacts from that file.
I then split this multi-contact vCard file into separate vcf-files, one for each contact, which all reside in a single folder. However, Outlook seems to only support importing 1 vCard at a time.
Is there any way I can import all these vcf-files at once or import this single multi-contact vCard in Outlook?

I've tried a couple of times to create envelopes in Word for Outlook contacts (for which I've entered addresses) but every time I try, I end up clicking around a lot without any satisfactory result.
This seems like a core functionality of Outlook though, which shouldn’t be too hard and quickly to repeat so I must be doing something wrong here.
Could you walk me through the process of creating envelopes?

Today I started Outlook and my Task List was completely empty which is (sadly) definitely not the case. At the top there is some flashing/scrolling red bar and it says that it is still loading but after waiting a few hours and restarting Outlook, it is still empty.
How can I make my tasks visible again in the To-Do Bar?

When browsing the Internet and coming across a website that I like, I often subscribe to their RSS feed via Internet Explorer and then it will automatically go into Outlook.
This works great. However, in Internet Explorer, I've grouped my RSS feeds based on their topic but in Outlook this just shows up as a long list and I'd have to sort it again.
Is there any way that I can have Outlook mimic the folder structure that I created via Internet Explorer?

My Outlook is really slow with Hotmail accounts but fine on anything POP3.
It doesn't seem to keep a record of what's been synched already i.e.: if I do a send/recieve on a Hotmail Inbox it synchs the whole box - taking 20 minutes or so - but next time I load Outlook up they're all not synched again.
When I move to a Hotmail Inbox, it can be 30-60 seconds saying "synchronizing message headers" or times out with an error.
Is there a simple fix?

On my laptop, the logon screen of Window 10 displays my email address. This is a bit unfortunate as I also use my laptop in public places and strangers could potentially get my private email address.
On my Desktop computer, my email address isn’t shown so I know that it can be removed.
How do I prevent Windows 10 from showing my email address on the logon screen?
