Deleted in Outlook but not from Gmail

I’ve got my Gmail account configured as an IMAP account in Outlook. I noticed that when I delete a message from my mailbox in Outlook, I can still find it online in Gmail’s All Mail folder.

Is there a way to set it up so that when I delete it from Outlook, it is also deleted from Gmail?

Internet headers in Outlook 2010, Outlook 2013, Outlook 2016, Outlook 2019 and Office 365

When I right click on a message in Outlook 2016, I don't see this option anymore.

How can I access the Message Options and view the Internet headers in Outlook 2016?

I'd like to send it out as an appointment so they can easily add it to their Calendar but I really don't need to receive an Accept/Decline notification back with whether or not they will come.

How can I achieve this?

Rename your email accounts

I have multiple email accounts configured in Outlook. By default, Outlook seems to name them after my email address which is quite long.

For all accounts, the first part is just my name and only the domain part is different (one from Outlook.com, one from Gmail and one from my company’s domain).

Can I shorten this to for instance “Outlook.com” or “Gmail” or even make them a bit more descriptive like “personal” and “business”?

Combined weeks in Date Navigator annoyance

In the calendar view of Outlook 2010 and also in Outlook 2013, there is a Navigation Pane on the left side with a Monthly Calendar shown at the top. If you select the first week of that calendar and some days of that week are in the previous month, that monthly calendar automatically switches to the previous month.

This behavior is irritating as it is switching to another month. How can I make Outlook stay in the current month?
