While you can then click under the search box or search reults to display all results, is it also possible to always display all the results or customize the amount of search results which are be being returned?

I organize and attend quite a few meetings with somewhat larger groups and I therefor receive a lot of "Calendar messages" like meeting requests, accept, decline, canceled messages, new time proposals, etcβ¦
I tend to ignore these during the day to get some work done and because Outlook processes most of them automatically anyway.
However, at set times, I still want to go through these messages, especially to process the feedback that some people gave in their reply and to process the new time proposals.
Is there any way I can quickly filter or otherwise search my mailbox so I will only see all these "Calendar messages"?

Whenever I copy something from another email or application such as an Internet page and paste that in my message, the formatting never really blends in with what I have already.
Similarly, when I have some carefully formatted text from Word and paste that into a new message, a lot of formatting is lost or messed up.
How can I control the formatting of my pasted text?

Pictures in messages from some senders and newsletters are not downloaded unless I click a bar above the message. Pictures in messages from others download as soon as the message is opened.
Have I created some kind of list that allows this to occur?
If so, how can I edit the list?

When attaching a file to a message, it opens a dialog which lets you browse for files. When I click on βAll Files (*.*)β, it allows you to choose various file types such as Word Documents, Word 97-2003, Rich Text Format, Text Files, etc...
Is it also possible to add my own file types here such as Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe PDF-files?

When adding something in the Notes section of an Appointment, Meeting, Contact or Task item, I noticed that the Format Text tab is completely greyed out and also most of the Insert tab.
I always used to be able to add Rich Text to this field and add pictures and other attachments to it but now it no longer seems possible. The Attach File button actually does seem to work but I can't access the files anymore after attaching.
What is causing this and how can I re-active it all again?
