I'm accessing a shared mailbox in Outlook 2010 and also have the option to cache shared folders enabled.
Sometimes, when I create a new folder or rename an exisiting folder in the shared mailbox, the folder doesn't show up or gets renamed back to the original folder when restarting Outlook.
How can I see these changes directly or make them permanent without disabling Cached Exchange Mode?
I've got several eml-files which I saved over the years with Outlook Express, Windows Mail and Windows Live Mail.
I've now switched to using Outlook. When I double click these saved messages, they open with Windows 10 Mail instead.
How can I open these messages with Outlook instead?
When printing a message, the right hand side of the message is being cut off. This usually only happen to the first page of the message and all other pages print out just fine.
How can I get the first page to print correctly as well?
The somewhat huge message header in Outlook 2013 has been an eyesore and annoyance to some since the release of Outlook 2013, especially for people who prefer to have the Reading Pane at the bottom.

Internally, we all use Outlook and we send each other invites for meetings as well, which works great.
However, when external people are invited as well, they sometimes complain that they canβt open the ics-attachment. Apparently, they are not using a mail client with Calendar support.
Is there any way to quickly send out the meeting details in an email as text without having to type it all manually?
I sometimes receive meeting invitations which includes attachments. In general, I keep my mailbox clean by saving my attachments to disk and then remove them from my emails.
However, while I can remove attachments for received messages, I canβt seem to delete them for received meeting invitations.
Is it possible to remove the attachments from a meeting invitation prior to accepting it?
I am getting a message saying;
"A dialog box is open. Close it and try again."
This happens when I try and create a new mail message. However there is no dialog box open.
How can I find this dialog box and get rid of the error?
Iβm thinking about giving Outlook 2016 a try but I know we are not using the latest version of Exchange.
I upgraded to Outlook 2010 and I have the feeling that my IMAP account performance has become slower. Especially when switching folders, it takes quite a while for Outlook to become active again and shows "Not Responding" in the Title Bar.
Is there any way to speed up IMAP performance in Outlook 2010?
One of my rules which I have configured in Outlook does not work automatically. However, it does run fine when I choose "Run Rules Now..." manually. I don't do anything fancy with the rule as all it does is moving the message to another folder.
How do I get this rule to run automatically?
