Classic Toolbars and Menus in Outlook 2010
Is it possible to disable the Ribbon and get the interface back with Toolbars and Menus that I'm used to from previous versions of Outlook?

Upon starting Outlook or sending an email, I get the following error;
"The add in C:\WINDOWS\system32\fxsext32.dll could not be installed or loaded."
I've checked, and the file indeed isn't there. I did a repair on Office and it still does this.
How can I get fix this error?
I've been using OWA for many year now to read my emails online and the layout changes with each version it seems. Switching to my Calendar or Contacts folder used to be in the bottom left, then it the top-right and now it is located in the top-left corner.
However, in the top left corner, I first need to click a button which then opens a menu from which I can select my Calendar or Contacts folder. This is an additional click and I regularly switch between these folders.
Can I somehow switch it back to the old layout again so these folders would only be a single click away?
I'm seeking for an easy way to create an appointment in Outlook to remind me that I need to call a contact without having to look up and type in all the contact information.
Which methods does Outlook offer?
For a project, I have a whole list of meetings to discuss our progress for the upcoming months. We meet every week, but the day and time is very irregular as it is based on our availability and we skip a few weeks due to holidays. Aside from that, the topic and people involved remains the same.
How can I quickly set up these meetings without needing to fill out the information for each meeting separately?
When I switch to the Calendar Navigation, I see a long list of Calendars which I've opened previously. These are grouped under "Shared Calendars".
I'd like to clean up this list since some of these people do no longer work here or I simply no longer need to access their Calendars anymore.
How do I remove these additional Calendars from the Navigation Pane?
When I click on the Advanced Editor button when creating a signature, it opens up FrontPage. I want it to open Word instead. I've already set my email editor to Word but Outlook persists on opening FrontPage.
How can I make Outlook to edit my signature in Word?
Every time I create a new folder, I need to modify it to my liking.
I’ve changed quite a few things and create new folders on a regular basis so it is quite cumbersome to do this every single time.
Can I somehow alter the default View that is being applied to new folders?
I'm working with both Outlook and Outlook Web App (OWA) and therefor want to configure the same default signature in both clients.
To do this, I opened the Signature Editor in Outlook and copied my signature text. Then I logged on to OWA and pasted the signature in the Signature Editor there. However, when pressing "Save Settings", I get the error:
The text you typed is too long. Please shorten it and try to save it again.
This made me wonder; Up to how many characters are allowed for the Signature in OWA?
I’ve created several Recurring Tasks to remind me of some daily and weekly chores such as taking my medicine, taking out the trash can and making (or actually checking) my back-ups.
However, even though I’ve set the recurrence correctly, I’m only being reminded for the first occurrence and then never again. My Recurring Appointments work as expected though.
Surely I’m overlooking something here as I assume Outlook is perfectly capable of doing this?
