I have been receiving "High Water Mark Notification" e-mails recently but none of my e-mail accounts are anywhere near the maximum size.
I have cleaned all of my accounts out but I continue to receive this message.
Is this a real message or is it a "hoax" type message?
When I look at my Outlook folder list on the left, I see most of my mailboxes are named after the email addresses that they receive emails for. I also have a pst-file that is called “My Outlook Data File”.
These names are quite long and thus get truncated unless I widen the Folder Pane. Especially since some of my mailboxes only differ in the domain part, I prefer to shorten or otherwise customize these mailbox names.
How can I change the names for my mailboxes and pst-file?
Is there a way in Outlook to create Note items which also have some text formatting and include attachments or pictures?
I bought a sheet of paper with self-sticking labels and was hoping to be able to print label stickers for envelopes with addresses from Contacts that I store within Outlook.
However, now that I have them, I have no clue where to start and how to make sure that the addresses will be properly aligned on my sheet of label paper.
Do I need special software for this or can I print on this label sheet directly from within Outlook?
I’d like to use Outlook just for managing my Contacts, Calendar and Tasks and don’t want to use it for email.
However, when I start Outlook, it insists that I add an email account.
Can I use Outlook without an email account?
I have a few macro’s configured which I triggered via a message rule and are now no longer working.
Upon trying to recreate the rule, I noticed that the Run a Script rule action is no longer available at all.
Often times, I receive invitations for recurring meetings that have no end date set so they will go on forever in my Calendar. It’s actually not that surprising considering that “No end date” is the default selection.
I really would like the organizer to put more thought into this. Sometimes the original organizer has even left the company and we still have these recurring meetings left in our Calendars.
As this is such a problem for us, I actually have multiple related questions about this;
I’m leaving a project and therefor need to transfer the email history, some including attachments, of that project to someone else.
Is there a way to do this without having to forward them individually?
When I look at the Reminders Windows, I notice that the reminders aren’t listed chronologically.
My 6 reminders are now sorted like this:
Why is it sorted like this and how can I change the sort order?
