I’ve configured 2 Exchange accounts and an Outlook.com account in Outlook and on my phone.
When a mail is being sent to me, the e-mails arrive almost instantly on my phone and via web access. The Exchange accounts also directly receive the items in Outlook.
However, for my Outlook.com account, it takes ages before the email finally shows up and I usually press the Send/Receive button to force the emails to come through.
How can I speed this up?

When I right click (Send To/Mail Recipient) on a photo, wishing to send it as an attachment, a small dialogue box would open and there were options to downsize the photo or to send the photo in its original size.
That dialogue box has disappeared and the photo is attached to an email in its original size.

Using your previous tip of the Mini-Translator, I find that I sometimes still need to use the Research Pane to translate the text as the language isn’t always properly recognized.
This isn’t really an issue but selecting the correct “From” language is a bit cumbersome since the list of available languages is so long. The same is true for selecting the correct “To” language which for me basically only is English, Dutch or German.
Is there a way to trim down the list of translation languages to choose from to only the languages that I actually use?

I've got many different accounts configured in Outlook. When I create a new message, I often tend to forget to change my account upon sending and end up sending it with the wrong account.
Is it possible to force me to select an account when sending a message?

When I set a snooze time for a reminder, the last snooze time is remembered for the next reminder that I get even when it is for another appointment, meeting or task.
So if I set a snooze time of 1 day for a reminder for a task and a reminder for my meeting for today goes off, the default snooze time will be set to 1 day as well instead of 5 minutes before start.
How can I set this behavior back to the way it was in Outlook 2007 and previous?

I’ve directly opened an attached Word document, did some editing and then saved it, without using "Save as" to select a folder. I have no idea where I have saved it now.

I am facing an issue where my username automatically appears inside the body of an email I reply to or forward.
Whenever I hit on the spacebar as the first character to start editing or answering within the quoted email message, my username will appear as [John] in the email message.
Is there any way to turn this off?
