I have a couple of rules configured already and today I wanted to add another one but when saving the rule I get the error that I don't have enough space for that. I just cleaned up my mailbox and I have enough space left in my mailbox.
How can I make Outlook to save this rule?
On my laptop, the logon screen of Window 10 displays my email address. This is a bit unfortunate as I also use my laptop in public places and strangers could potentially get my private email address.
On my Desktop computer, my email address isnβt shown so I know that it can be removed.
How do I prevent Windows 10 from showing my email address on the logon screen?
For most of the messages that I send, Iβd prefer to keep a copy in my Sent Items which is also the understandable default in Outlook.
However, in some cases, I find it not really necessary keep a copy. For instance, when resending or forwarding a message or when a message only contains a (larger) attachment.
For these instances, would it be possible to have Outlook prompt me whether I want to save a copy of the message?
Every now and then I receive messages with attachments which need some small changes before they are ready (they get printed or forwarded afterwards).
I really don't have a need to save these attachments to my disk as well but Outlook insists on saving them there.
Is there a way that I can save the changed attachments directly to the original messages?
I've got a long Distribution List (or Contact Group as they are called now since Outlook 2010) to which I want to send a message to.
As I don't want to use the BCC field and actually also might want to address the messages personally, I looked at using the Distribution List as the source for my Mail Merge.
Is this even possible?
After composing my email, I changed my signature. When doing that it deleted all the text from the message.
What happened and how can I prevent this from happening again?
We have some computers with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 or later.
When we use colored flags in 2003 we can see the corresponding color category in 2007, but when we select a color category in 2007 we cannot view the color in 2003.
Is there something we are missing or another method where both 2003 and 2007 can use the same color coding methods either using colored flags or colored categories?
I have to schedule on-line conference call between multiple locations in different countries.

I wanted to start over so I reinstalled Outlook but everything is still configured.
How can I reset my Outlook settings?
I sort my email by using Categories and I do the same for my outgoing emails.
When I forward or reply to a message that I have Categorized, my Categories are being removed for this forward or reply message and I need to reassign them.
Can I configure Outlook to automatically assign the Categories of the original message when forwarding or replying to a message? This would then automatically sort my outgoing emails.
