I need to send someone some contact details but those contact details need to be in the message text and not send as an attachment (I don't know if the receiver can open vcf- or msg-files).
How can I quickly insert these details?

I'm having a problem with Outlook sending multiple copies of some emails - usually those with attachments.
It doesn't happen with every email with attachments, just occasionally. It will send it 20-30 times but keeps the email in my Outbox saying that it hasn't been sent (although sometimes it says it's been sent but stays in the Outbox).
How can I solve this and make sure Outlook only sends out one copy again?

I've updated a file on our network and I want to send it to my colleague for review. Since we can both access the networkshare I want to send it as a link but Outlook blocks shortcuts (lnk-files).
Do I really have to send the file now instead?

Is there a way I can import the HTML code from this template directly into an Outlook message so I can send it (for example) to my clients?

When I compose an email in Outlook, I get these red squiggly underlines when I misspelled a word. When I compose my message in Outlook Web App (OWA), I do not get these.
Is there any way to enable this instant spell check for OWA as well?

A follow up on the previous tip about removing the blue line in forward and replies;
We actually like to use the blue line to quote the original message and then reply to the message in-line.
However, we would like to be able to break this blue line so that our reply would not have the blue marking in front of it and the recipient could easily see what has been newly added.
Is there a way to do this?

When I access a shared Contacts folder from another user, I don't see the "Outlook Address Book" tab in the Properties dialog of that folder.
How can I add a shared Contacts folder as an Address List to my own Address Book?

I've been using an add-in in Outlook 2007 (and previous Outlook version) which added its own tab in the Options dialog of Outlook to configure it.
I've now upgraded to Outlook 2010 and the add-in still seems to work just fine but I can't find its configuration tab anywhere. It hasn't been added as an extra section in the new File-> Options dialog nor can I find anything on the Add-Ins tab of the Ribbon.
How can I configure it in Outlook 2010 or should I look for a new add-in?
