Adding, modifying and deleting Quick Parts
Yesterday you blogged about the "Organize and Delete..." feature of Quick Parts. I cannot seem to find that option.
Can you tell in short how Quick Parts work?

I just upgraded to Outlook 2016 and found that Business Contact Manager (BCM) is no longer working.
Where can I download BCM for Outlook 2016?
Is it possible to show the contact addresses that I stored in Outlook in Google Maps?
I've installed the Personal Folders Backup Add-in from Microsoft and use it with Outlook 2010.
When I had it installed in Outlook 2007, the Backup command was in the File menu and it would also prompt me to backup my pst-files when I closed Outlook. For Outlook 2010, it does not list the Backup option in the File menu nor does it prompt me to backup when I close Outlook.
How can I use this add-in with Outlook 2010?

I'm getting the same spam message over and over again even though I mark it as Junk each time. I expected that Outlook would delete these messages automatically after I deleted a couple of them.
How can I train the Junk E-mail Filter in Outlook?
As of recently, some of my emails are going into a folder called Clutter rather than into my Inbox folder.
I'm trying to find out why as I don't have any rules configured to do this and I really want to receive them in my Inbox folder again.
How can I turn this off or configure it otherwise?
Over the week, I’ve received various Meeting Invitations for meetings I do not intend to go to as these were multiple timeslots for basically the same gathering.
I’ve deleted all these invitations but upon checking my Calendar, I still see them there as Tentative meetings.
Why haven’t these been removed as well and how can I prevent this in the future?
In my IMAP account, the default mail folders like Inbox, Sent Items, Deleted Items, etc are subfolders of my Inbox folder.
I have been able to set the Sent Items and Deleted Items folders of my IMAP account so that they now work, but the Junk E-mail filter does not work.
Why are my folders all under the Inbox folder and how can I make the Junk E-mail folder work with my IMAP account?
I’ve set Outlook to hide to the Notification Area when minimized to continue to run it in the background.
I then relaunch Outlook again either via the Start Menu, a Desktop shortcut or by double clicking the Outlook icon in the Notification Area.
However, each time that I re-launch Outlook, it actually creates a new Outlook window instead of reusing the Outlook window that was already running. To actually close Outlook then, I have to close all the additionally opened windows as well.
How can I stop this and make it reuse the original Outlook window?
