Print attachment list
When I print a copy of my message, how can I include the file name of any attachment to the message? At present only the message is printed, but no record of any attachment with it.

I'm trying to plan a meeting but it seems not everybody liked the day that I picked originally. I've now got several alternatives and I would like people to vote on the meeting days and times that are available and then pick the one with the most votes.
Is there any way I can create a "vote for meeting" invitation in Outlook?
When trying to launch the Office Assistant via the Help menu, I get the following error;
"The Office Assistant requires Microsoft Agent 2.0 or later. This product is available on the Office System Pack."
I've done a full install of Office 2003 and looked on the CD but I cannot find anything there.
How can I enable the Office Assistant again?
I've got several large large distribution lists in Outlook.
How can I find out how many members are exactly in there?
For archiving or approving purposes (especially with Drafts), we need to print out e-mail messages with the current date and time on it.
I believe Outlook 2003 did this automatically but Outlook 2007, Outlook 2010 and Outlook 2013 no longer do this. Instead these versions only print with the sent/received date and no date at all for Draft messages.
Is there any way to "restamp" the date and time on a message when printing?
I'm looking for a way to add more information to a contact but don't want to put everything into the Notes field. The reason for this is that I then can no longer sort by it or use it into a mail merge which I would like as well.
Is there any way to do this?
When trying to edit my Send/Receive settings no dialog comes up to actually edit my Send/Receive settings for my configured accounts.
How can I get to this dialog?
I've been using OWA for many year now to read my emails online and the layout changes with each version it seems. Switching to my Calendar or Contacts folder used to be in the bottom left, then it the top-right and now it is located in the top-left corner.
However, in the top left corner, I first need to click a button which then opens a menu from which I can select my Calendar or Contacts folder. This is an additional click and I regularly switch between these folders.
Can I somehow switch it back to the old layout again so these folders would only be a single click away?
Iβve got my Gmail account configured as an IMAP account in Outlook. I noticed that when I delete a message from my mailbox in Outlook, I can still find it online in Gmailβs All Mail folder.
Is there a way to set it up so that when I delete it from Outlook, it is also deleted from Gmail?
Every time I create a new folder, I need to modify it to my liking.
Iβve changed quite a few things and create new folders on a regular basis so it is quite cumbersome to do this every single time.
Can I somehow alter the default View that is being applied to new folders?
