I often need to reply to messages with boilerplate text. Right now, I copy them from other messages, Word documents and for some I have set up some special signatures which include the message text as well.
Can I assume that Outlook has a better solution for this? If so, where?

In our organization we often send text based hyperlinks to folders and files we work on. Most of the time I just copy the path out of Explorer and insert it into the message body and put file:// if front of it so that Outlook will automatically create a link out of it.
This works great except if the file or foldername contains spaces. Then it breaks the hyperlink at the first space.
How can I make Outlook to create a link including spaces? Renaming the files and folders is not an option to us.

I've got quite a large list of folders (with names of customers) in which I sort my emails. Usually, to find a folder to which I want to move an email to, I need to scroll in the Navigation Pane and look for it.
As I already know the name of the folder, is there an easier way to select it? Perhaps similar to selecting a file or folder in Explorer by typing its name?

When I look at my calendar, I see 24 hours and a section between 8AM and 5PM in a different color for Monday to Friday. I assume that these are standard business working hours for most people, but they are not for me.
- Is there a way to change this highlighted section to match my own working hours?
- Additionally, could I also hide all the other hours?

I often have more than one Outlook window open. For instance: the main Outlook window, the Reminders dialog and some emails.
While I could use ALT+TAB to switch between them, the multitude of other application windows which I have open makes it quite cumbersome and also difficult to quickly select the correct one.
Is there an easy way to switch only between the open Outlook windows and messages?

I've installed the Personal Folders Backup Add-in from Microsoft and use it with Outlook 2010.
When I had it installed in Outlook 2007, the Backup command was in the File menu and it would also prompt me to backup my pst-files when I closed Outlook. For Outlook 2010, it does not list the Backup option in the File menu nor does it prompt me to backup when I close Outlook.
How can I use this add-in with Outlook 2010?

Several mail applications and web mail services do not actually specify a font when composing and sending a message in HTML format. So although the sender thinks that he/she is sending a message in the Arial format, it actually arrives in Times New Roman on my computer.
This is of course because Outlook uses Times New Roman as the default font when none is specified.
Is there any way that I can change this default font to something different than 12pt Times New Roman? For instance, 10pt Arial?
