I heard that Microsoft is deprecating the Journal feature in Outlook 2013. I’m apparently one of the few that is currently still using the Journal.
What is recommended to replace it with?

For instance, when requesting technical support or providing it, it often can be handy to include screenshots directly in your email message to clarify an issue or to provide instructions.
Outlook does actually have a cool feature to quickly insert a screenshot or a clipping, but there are even more way to easily and quickly insert a good looking screenshot in an email.
When sending a message to multiple users, Outlook reports "too many recipients" and the message is never received by the people I sent it to.
What is the maximum amount of people that I can send to using Outlook?
I am creating an introductory email with various links to resources. To make the links strike a bit more and give the introductory email a bit of an interactive look, I'd like to insert these links as clickable buttons.

In Outlook 2003 I was able to resize my pictures before sending via the Attachment Pane on the right.
Where is that option in Outlook 2007, 2010 or 2013?
Some people did not receive my attachments or received a winmail.dat file instead. I could solve this issue previously by changing the email properties of certain contacts from “Send using Outlook Rich Text Format” to “Let Outlook decide” or “Send Plain Text”.
Where is this option located in Outlook 2010?
A follow up on the previous tip about removing the blue line in forward and replies;
We actually like to use the blue line to quote the original message and then reply to the message in-line.
However, we would like to be able to break this blue line so that our reply would not have the blue marking in front of it and the recipient could easily see what has been newly added.
Is there a way to do this?
How can I configure Outlook so it will not directly send my email when I click the Send button?
Every now and then I receive messages with attachments which need some small changes before they are ready (they get printed or forwarded afterwards).
I really don't have a need to save these attachments to my disk as well but Outlook insists on saving them there.
Is there a way that I can save the changed attachments directly to the original messages?
