Save Sent Items in owner’s mailbox
When I sent a message on behalf of someone via Exchange, that message is placed in my Sent Items folder and not in the Sent Items folder of the second mailbox.
How can I configure this?

I often get a lot of picture attachments. Instead of opening them one by one can I get them to display all at once so I can scroll through them easily or open them as a slideshow?
I frequently use the drag & drop method to add an attachment to an email directly from Explorer rather than using the Attach File button.
However, as of recently, this method no longer works for me. When I try, the cursor turns into some sort of a forbidden/blocked/unavailable sign.
Is there any way I can reinstate the “drag & drop to attach” feature again?
Whenever I copy something from another email or application such as an Internet page and paste that in my message, the formatting never really blends in with what I have already.
Similarly, when I have some carefully formatted text from Word and paste that into a new message, a lot of formatting is lost or messed up.
How can I control the formatting of my pasted text?
I regularly set an “Expire after” date on a message so they can automatically be cleaned up when they become irrelevant. My colleagues also do that on time-sensitive messages that they send to me.
When they expire, they will show with a strikethrough font, but is it also possible to highlight or find all messages which have an expiration date set?
Another responds on the original blue line post and its follow up led to the following question;
We're copying parts of original emails and other sources to construct a new email in which we comment on these quotes. We tend to use this to summarize earlier communications and/or to relay it to somebody else.
Upon copying these parts, the blue line goes away which makes the quoted parts hard to recognize.
Is there some way to maintain this blue line formatting?
When synching my Outlook.com account via the Outlook Hotmail Connector I get the following error:
Task 'Hotmail' reported error (0x80004005) : 'There is an error synchronizing your mail account. Please verify your account is configured correctly by first accessing your mail on the web. Error: 4350. '
I have logged in via the web and nothing is reported there. Also, my mail, contact and calendar seem to sync just fine accept from receiving this error.
How can I get rid of this synching error?
In the calendar view of Outlook 2010 and also in Outlook 2013, there is a Navigation Pane on the left side with a Monthly Calendar shown at the top. If you select the first week of that calendar and some days of that week are in the previous month, that monthly calendar automatically switches to the previous month.
This behavior is irritating as it is switching to another month. How can I make Outlook stay in the current month?
Is it possible to show the contact addresses that I stored in Outlook in Google Maps?
Ever had multiple windows open of Outlook, had to switch to some other applications and then just want to return to the last window that you had open in Outlook without first needing to go through all the previews?
There is a keyboard shortcut for that in Windows 7 and I find myself using it basically every day so I thought I’d share it for today’s tip.
