No Send button
When composing a new email, I don't see the Send button anymore.
Where did it go? It used to be there.

Whenever I receive a new email message in my Inbox, I can see the envelope icon in my Notification Area. So far so good.
However, it doesn't reveal how many new emails I have received nor does it show when I receive a message in a folder other than the Inbox. Having that information would really help me, especially when I'm away from my desk for a while.
Is there a way to get these alerts regardless of which folder a message has been received in?
I often need to reply to messages with boilerplate text. Right now, I copy them from other messages, Word documents and for some I have set up some special signatures which include the message text as well.
Can I assume that Outlook has a better solution for this? If so, where?
I noticed that Outlook’s search feature is case insensitive and I’m looking for an option to change this.
The reason I ask is because I have several friends and relatives that have names or last names that are also common words.
For instance first names such as; Hope, Sky, May, Norm, or Guy. And maybe even more frequently for last names such as; Brown, Winter, Black, Baker, Cook, or Young.
So when I search for their names, I get a lot of emails returned which contain the word instead of the name. With a case sensitive search, I hope to be able to distinguish between the two.
Is there a way to perform case sensitive searches in Outlook?
I’ve been granted delegate access to the Calendar folder of my manager. He uses various color coded categories for his appointments.
While I can see all his appointments when I access his Calendar folder, I can’t see any of the color coding anymore.
How can I see the color coding of his Calendar as a delegate?
When I look at the Activities of a contact, the only columns I see are for the item type (icon), the subject and which folder the item is in.
Is there any way I can modify this view? For instance, knowing when I received the message or when I had the appointment would be handy.
I seem to have collected quite a bit of Draft messages over the years. Some are indeed current Drafts, some are templates that I regularly use and others are just left-overs from messages which I cancelled but Outlook decided to save anyway.
I now want to clean up that folder but they appear to be sorted randomly and the date is indicated as "None". Can still I sort my Drafts chronologically?
I sometimes receive an email message that I don’t need to respond to directly but do have some thoughts about which I want to write down and refer to it later.
Is there any good way to add a note to a message that I received?
I want to send an email to all the contacts belonging to a certain Category but unfortunately, I can’t seem to sort or filter my Address Book by Category when addressing an email.
To overcome this limitation, I thought about creating a Contact Group for this Category but then I run into the same limitation when adding members to this group.
Is there an easy way to create a Contact Group for a certain Category aside from adding all the contacts of that Category one-by-one?
How can I change the color of the subject text so that it will stand out a bit more at the receiver's side?
