We use Outlook and my employer has trouble reading some email that is displayed on his hi-res monitor because the font sizes display so small. He doesn't like using Magnifier.
Is it possible to enlarge the display of a received email either in the Reading Pane or after opening it?

As a mobile user, I love it that I can also cache other user's shared folders and Public Folder Favorites.
However, some of these users are true packrats and some of these Public Folder Favorites are huge archives. The result is that my ost-file is really large (nearing 20GB) and makes my laptop slow since it doesn't have a high performance SSD drive. I'm also starting to run out of disk space as I only have a 120GB disk in my laptop.
Aside from investing in a fast new disk or telling my colleagues to clean up, what else can I do?

The following question was raised in responds to; Traveling between time zones
When I change time zones, I don’t want some appointments and tasks to be adjusted. For instance, I have a daily recurring task to take my medicine at 2PM and a weekly recurring appointment to hit the gym twice a week at 5PM. When I change time zones, they could suddenly fall in the middle of the night, which doesn’t make sense.
Can I create appointments and tasks with such “absolute times” so that they always happen at those times regardless of which time zone I’m in?

Even though I have marked a message as "Not Junk", safe-listed it via "Add Sender to Safe Sender List" and "Add Sender's Domain (@example.com) to Safe Senders List", messages from this sender still end up in the Junk E-mail folder.
What do I need to change in order to get these messages delivered to the Inbox?

The Junk button in Outlook allows you to move a spam message to the Junk E-mail folder but this also adds the sender to the Blocked Senders list.
To prevent cluttering the Blocked Senders list with fake addresses or addresses which are only used once, I’d like to move the message to the Junk E-mail folder without adding the address to the Blocked Senders list.
I don’t really like using drag & drop to move the message, because I have quite a large folder list (which often requires scrolling) and a bit of an unsteady hand.
Is there any way to add this pure “Junk” command to Outlook?

We're using a voicemail system that sends our voicemail messages as emails with VoiceMessage.wav attachments. As of lately I can no longer open these voicemail messages anymore and get the following error when attempting to open it;
"Can't create file: VoiceMessage.wav. Right-click on the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
How can I listen to my voicemail messages again?

Whenever I mark a message for follow up with a flag, I see that message 2 or even 3 times in the To-Do List. If I clear the flag the other items remain and only go away after a longer period of time or when I restart Outlook.
Why is this and how can I get rid of these duplicates?
