My mailbox size as reported in Gmail is 7.3GB. However, my mailbox size reported in Outlook is 15GB and my pst-file is 19GB.
Why is there such a huge difference and how can I reduce the amount of space the pst-file takes on my disk?

For a while now, I’ve been thinking about switching from Gmail to Outlook.com as there are so many features in Outlook which Gmail can’t support because it is using IMAP.

I’m using Outlook on multiple computers and even though my emails sync beautifully between all my devices, my email Signatures do not.
While I could back them up and restore them manually onto another computer after each change, surely in the age of Cloud Based Computing there must be a better approach for this.

I know that you can add commands to the Quick Access Toolbar but I actually like to have some additional commands shown on the Home or Message tab of Outlook instead.

I’ve recently switched to a new computer with Outlook 2016 on it. I’ve successfully configured my account and just imported my pst-file from Outlook 2007.

I'm using an IMAP account in Outlook as part of Office 365 and I noticed that various folders now have "This computer only" behind them. These folders I indeed cannot find back on the server.
