I'm using an Exchange account.
Is there any way to find out what my current mailbox size on the server is and what my mailbox size limit is set to?

When I open the Calendar in Outlook 2003, (5 day view) I get a format where the days are organized in vertical columns. The 7 day view shows the calendar in horizontal boxes.

In the bottom left corner of the Navigation Pane, I see buttons for Mail, Calendar, Contact, etc… and also one called Shortcuts. In it, there is already a shortcut for Microsoft Office Online.
I am having trouble to find a way to add anything else besides Outlook folders. For instance; A link to my templates folder or a specific template file (oft-file) and a Internet link to my mailbox’ web access.
How can I add shortcuts to files and folders on my hard disk and Internet links in the Shortcuts Navigation?
We’re using Microsoft 365 Groups instead of Distribution Lists so that a history of these emails are kept in Groups in Outlook as well.
However, I noticed that Groups in Outlook only shows only up to 1 year of emails. When I look at the Microsoft 365 Group in Outlook on the Web, all the emails are shown.
I’ve set Outlook to sync all my emails but it still only shows up to 1 year for Groups. Performing a search doesn’t return any items which are available online either.
How can I configure Outlook to sync all emails from the Microsoft 365 Groups?

How do I create a recurring meeting scheduled 4 days before another recurring meeting?
I’m not really sure what happened, but this morning, one of my pst-files was missing and for another I got the error;
Errors have been detected in the file <path to pst-file>.
When trying to scan it with the Inbox Repair Tool (scanpst.exe), I got the error;
The file <path to pst-file> is not an Outlook data file (.pst).
When trying to start Outlook now, I get the error;
Cannot start Microsoft Office Outlook. Cannot open the Outlook window. The set of folders cannot be opened.
What should I do now to start Outlook and to get my data back?
Quite a few of my contacts in Outlook are not just business contacts but I also have a personal connection to them.
Therefore, I'd like to be able to add the names of their spouse and children to their contact records. If possible, I'd also like to be able to enter their birthdays.
What is the best way to create or add these kind of relationships to a contact?
I'm typing a letter in Word and I would like to insert contact information to it (sender and recipient information). I've got all the contact details in Outlook but it looks like I'm only able to insert it via a Mail Merge which seems overkill for me.
