The message list has changed quite a bit in Outlook 2013.
- The mail icons are gone and has been replaced with a blue bar
- The subject is now in blue
- The sender name is being displayed larger than the rest
- The first line of a message in now being displayed.
I don't find this new configuration very clear and, due to some other UI changes as well, I now see 4-6 messages less in my message list than I did in Outlook 2010.
How can I set it back to the way it was in Outlook 2010?

We now want to use these custom contacts fields within a Mail Merge. However, upon composing the message, these fields are not available for the Mail Merge from within Word.

I’ve changed quite a few things and create new folders on a regular basis so it is quite cumbersome to do this every single time.
Can I somehow alter the default View that is being applied to new folders?

This for instance really messes up my signature which includes some formatting and a picture.
It there any way to force Outlook to always reply in HTML format?

I'm organizing an open event and want to send a lot of people a notification of this event.
I'd like to send it out as an appointment so they can easily add it to their Calendar but I really don't need to receive an Accept/Decline notification back with whether or not they will come.
How can I achieve this?

For some of my new emails, I receive multiple new email alerts. These alerts come at the same time or within seconds from each other.
When I check in Outlook, I can see that I only received the message once. I also have no rules configured in Outlook to display a New Mail Alert for certain messages.
How can I get rid of these double alerts?

We have some computers with Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 or later.
When we use colored flags in 2003 we can see the corresponding color category in 2007, but when we select a color category in 2007 we cannot view the color in 2003.
Is there something we are missing or another method where both 2003 and 2007 can use the same color coding methods either using colored flags or colored categories?
