I have a recurring appointment that is scheduled for the 4th Thursday of every month.
Is there a way to print just that series of appointments so I can see where it falls every month for the next year in printed form?

Whenever I try to print something from Outlook, it either hangs or crashes.
I can print just fine from other applications, I updated the printer driver and when trying to print to another printer I get the same results.
How can I get printing from Outlook to work again?

I have a message template (oft-file) which already contains a custom signature to match the template. However, each time that I create a new message based upon that template, my default signature also gets added.
Is there any way to prevent my default signature from being added when using templates?

I’ve added a couple of addresses to my Safe Senders, Safe Recipients and Blocked Senders lists and also increased the filtering level to High.
This works great for my main email account in Outlook but it doesn’t seem to work for my other accounts. Even emails from addresses that are on my Blocked Senders list aren’t being filtered.
How can I enable the Junk E-mail Filter for my other accounts as well?

In previous versions of Outlook, I could right click a message and choose Message Options... from the context menu. This would allow me to see the Internet headers of the received message.
When I right click on a message in Outlook 2016, I don't see this option anymore.
How can I access the Message Options and view the Internet headers in Outlook 2016?

When I switch to the Calendar Navigation, I see a long list of Calendars which I've opened previously. These are grouped under "Shared Calendars".
I'd like to clean up this list since some of these people do no longer work here or I simply no longer need to access their Calendars anymore.
How do I remove these additional Calendars from the Navigation Pane?

We use custom voting options internally quite a bit (at least once a day to decide where to have lunch and/or dinner).
This works great aside from the fact that we need to key in all the answers each time. They usually are more or less the same each time though.
Is there a way to save these custom answers in a way that we can reuse them?

I’ve configured multiple email accounts in Outlook and several of them have a Calendar of their own. I’ve also created a few additional Calendars of my own to separate between the type of appointments I have (work, private, sport club, my kid’s school schedule, etc…).
Within the Calendar Navigation, I can easily get an overview of all my appointments by using the Calendar Overlay feature.
However, the To-Do Bar only lists the appointments of the Calendar from one of my accounts.
Is there any way that I can add additional Calendars to the To-Do Bar or switch between them somehow?
