Email scanned document directly as an attachment
A follow up question came in based on yesterday’s tip for directly inserting scanned images into a message;
Is it also possible to attach these scanned images as files instead of inserting them into the message body?
When scanning in a document such as a signed contract, it doesn't make sense to insert them into the message body.
Insert picture directly from scanner or camera
Don’t add FW: and header when forwarding a message
I often want to forward an email to another recipient, having made some minor changes, but without it being obvious that the email has been originally sent to someone else.
Every time I do this, I have to delete the "Fw:" added to the subject and the previous header from the message body.
Can I stop Outlook from doing this?
Can I also set the inserted text color to match my original text?

Quickly set dates with formulas and natural text
While more and more people are starting to use the Tab button to jump to the next field (to fill out an Outlook appointment for example) instead of using the mouse, I often find people struggling when they reach a date field.
They either look at a physical calendar first to determine the future date (when the date math gets hard) and then type the date or they still grab to a mouse.
How can you do this faster and still without a mouse?
Can’t create file: VoiceMessage.wav
We're using a voicemail system that sends our voicemail messages as emails with VoiceMessage.wav attachments. As of lately I can no longer open these voicemail messages anymore and get the following error when attempting to open it;
"Can't create file: VoiceMessage.wav. Right-click on the folder you want to create the file in, and then click Properties on the shortcut menu to check your permissions for the folder."
How can I listen to my voicemail messages again?
