I have an Outlook archive (pst-file) stored on an external USB-drive which I carry with me so I can use it from both my main PC and my laptop.
Somebody told me that connecting to pst-files stored on a network share isn't supported and that this would also apply to USB-drives which got me wondering;

I receive quite a lot of meeting invitations in my line of work but luckily I don’t have to attend all of them.
However, Outlook automatically accepts these meeting requests as “Tentative” and adds them to my calendar. This makes my Calendar look unnecessarily busy and also often confuses others who check my schedule.
Can I somehow prevent meetings from automatically being added as Tentative to my Calendar?

We’ve got several subfolders for the Inbox in a Shared Mailbox which we want to sort in such a way that the most frequently folders are at the top. The rest can remain ordered alphabetically.
We have no issues changing the sorting order at first. However, the sorting order seems to randomly get reset again and the folders end up in their original location.
We’ve tried renaming the folders with special prefixes as well, but that ended up in an even bigger mess.
Is there really no way to manually sort the folders of a Shared Mailbox and make them stay in their location?
