I've received a couple of Notes as an email attachment. How can I save these in my own Notes folder?
When I double click to open it, I don't have any save options and Save Attachments... only allows me to save it to a folder on my computer.

Sometimes I receive emails which are "funny forwards" and I'd like to pass them on to others as well.
Sadly, most of the time the constant forwarding has really messed up the formatting and in my view it negatively affects the "fun factor" of it as well.
How can I efficiently clean up the email upon forwarding?

I've received a message with the following warning in the Information Bar;
"To help protect your security, the Follow Up flag text has been hidden. Follow Up.

I can unblock it per message by clicking on the Information Bar but how can I stop Outlook from blocking it?

I'm using mulitple mail profiles. Is there any way to confirm which profile is in use at any time?
I see no indication in Outlook of which profile is in use. Exiting and restarting Outlook lets me choose which profile
to use but it doesn't tell me which I was using.
How can I get some form of indication for this?

We use custom voting options internally quite a bit (at least once a day to decide where to have lunch and/or dinner).
This works great aside from the fact that we need to key in all the answers each time. They usually are more or less the same each time though.
Is there a way to save these custom answers in a way that we can reuse them?

When quickly going through my emails, often I haven't actually really read the emails but Outlook already marks them as read. This is quite confusing unless I mark them as unread again which takes more time and defeats the purpose of quickly going through my emails.
The same is true when I access a mailbox from somebody else; I might have read it but the mailbox owner hasn't yet so the mails shouldn't be marked as read either.
How can I set Outlook so that it will not mark these emails as read when I go through them?

When trying to create a backup copy of my pst-file, I get the following error;
"0x80070021: The process cannot access this file because another process
has locked a portion of this file."
Outlook is closed when trying to make a copy of the file so why is it still in use?

Whenever I try to print something from Outlook, it either hangs or crashes.
I can print just fine from other applications, I updated the printer driver and when trying to print to another printer I get the same results.
How can I get printing from Outlook to work again?

When I select the Activities tab of a contact, it shows me all the Activities as it should. With the "Show" dropdown list I can select which type of Activities I can see (mails, appointments, notes, etc...). So far so good.
The trouble is, is that I get too much information when I select "E-mail" option. Right now it is searching through my entire mailbox but I only need it to search some specific folders.
Is there any way I can change this?
