When I look at the Reminders Windows, I notice that the reminders aren’t listed chronologically.

I’ve saved every email I’ve ever sent or received for some years now. My PST-file is huge; well over 4GB!
I was wondering if I’m pushing the boundaries of Outlook with a pst-file of that size. I can remember that a 2GB pst-file used to be the limit but clearly that is no longer the case.
Should I be worried about data loss and performance issues with a pst-file of this size?

I'm typing a letter in Word and I would like to insert contact information to it (sender and recipient information). I've got all the contact details in Outlook but it looks like I'm only able to insert it via a Mail Merge which seems overkill for me.
Is there a quick way to add Outlook contact details to a Word document?
We're using an Exchange server but several of our clients are having difficulties connecting to the Exchange server. I've tried recreating the mail profile but then it cannot find the Exchange server at all. Disabling the client's firewall didn't solve the issue either.
Other users have no issues at all and I can ping the Exchange server from the troubled clients without issues as well.
How can I reconnect these clients to Exchange?
Every time when I restart Outlook, the AutoComplete cache is completely empty again and no suggestions are being made when addressing an email.

This works well but the Reading Pane in Outlook remains white and creates a very bright contrast with the Black theme.
I read that there should be a Sun/Moon option somewhere to toggle the Reading Pane dark too but I can’t seem to find it anywhere.
How do I turn the Reading Pane dark as well with the Black Theme enabled in Outlook?
